This report summarizes responses provided by residents of disadvantaged communities to the CVRP Consumer Survey, 2013–2015 edition. It examines statistically significant differences between those residing inside (n=1,083) and those residing outside (n=18,377) of disadvantaged community census tracts, and further segments each group by vehicle technology type (battery and plug-in-hybrid electric vehicle). It builds upon Summary Documentation of the Electric Vehicle Consumer Survey, 2013–2015 Edition.
