As part of the Massachusetts Offers Rebates for Electric Vehicles (MOR-EV) program, CSE administers the MOR-EV Trucks Program to provide air pollution emission reductions by increasing use of electric trucks, buses and vans.
The program incentivizes public and private purchases and leases of on-road medium- and heavy-duty battery electric and fuel cell electric vehicles. Both individual and fleet acquisitions qualify for rebates up to $90,000 determined by vehicle weight class and current rebate amounts. Additional funding is available for vehicles registered or primarily operating in designated environmental justice communities.
MOR-EV Trucks is funded by the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs' Department of Energy Resources.
